Invincible You App FAQs
Answers to common questions about the Invincible You app — InSee, assessments, Action Sparks, coaching sessions, and more.
Getting Started
Invincible You is your personal coach in an app. It helps you understand yourself, grow real skills, and feel supported — at work and in life.
• Talk to InSee — your personal companion. Chat with InSee Coach about anything on your mind, or chat with your Learning Partner to work on a competency. • Take assessments — quick questions that turn into reports about your strengths and patterns. • Try Action Sparks — small things to practice in real life. • Keep a Journal — a private space to reflect. • Follow your journey — a home screen that shows what's next.
Invincible You is offered through your organization, so access comes via an invitation rather than a sign-up you create yourself. When it's your turn, you'll receive an email to get started, and signing in uses a secure code sent to that address — no password to remember. If you're not sure whether you have access yet, your program team is the best place to check.
The New App Update
No. Invincible You updates in place — just install the latest update from the App Store / Play Store. Your existing app will be replaced by the new experience.
Yes — please sign in with the same work email address and password you've always used. You may be asked to sign in again after the update.
No. All of your development plans and competency assessments carry over automatically. Your journey progress is recorded and will be shown in a new metric — the Coherence Index.
We rebuilt Invincible You from the ground up — faster, more reliable, and redesigned around your coaching journey. Everything you did before is still here; some things have moved.
Yes, one time. The update includes a security upgrade, so everyone is signed out once. After that you'll stay signed in as before.
InSee — Coach & Learning Partner
InSee is your personal companion inside the app — a private space to think things through as you grow. It remembers where you left off and keeps your assessment results in mind, so every conversation meets you where you are (it's here to help you reflect, not to give professional advice). InSee shows up for you in two ways: Coach is the open door you come to with anything on your mind to see it more clearly, while your Learning Partner is the focused practice partner you sit down with to build one specific skill, week over week.
Yes — your conversations are saved for you. Inside any chat, tap the chat-bubbles icon at the top right to open your past chats, and tap any one to read it back. Coach and your Learning Partner each keep their own history, so open the one whose conversation you're looking for. A conversation appears here once it's finished.
Yes, you can use your keyboard's built-in dictation (the microphone key) to speak instead of type to chat with InSee.
No. You can start a new Learning Loop once you've completed your current one or have an active Action Spark. This keeps you focused on one change at a time.
Action Sparks
Action Sparks are small, real-world experiments your Learning Partner suggests at the end of a session — little things to try out in your everyday life so a skill actually takes root, instead of staying just an idea. They're always your choice: you can take one on, skip it, or set it aside whenever you like, and you're never doing more than a few at once. Nothing is compulsory — a Spark is an invitation to try something, not a task you're graded on. Next time you meet your Learning Partner, it simply picks up from whatever you did (or didn't do) with them.
You'll find the Sparks you're working on right on your home screen, and you can tap through to see the full list any time. Each one shows what to try and what to notice, so you can pick it up whenever the moment's right.
When you mark a Spark complete, InSee picks the conversation back up. You're taken straight into a short reflection with whoever suggested it — usually your Learning Partner — starting from what you just did: what you tried, what you noticed, what surprised you. It's a conversation, not a form, and it's where the real learning gets banked.
Assessments & Reports
The assessments are how the app gets to know you. By answering a few honest questions, you help it understand your natural patterns — how you think, lead, and show up at work — and turn that into a personal report you can actually recognize yourself in. They also give InSee the background it needs to guide you well, so your conversations and your Learning Partner start from you rather than from generic advice. They're part of getting the most out of your journey, and you take them at your own pace whenever you're ready — your answers are private to you and aren't shared with your manager or HR in any way that identifies you.
You'll find all your reports in one place under your Profile — just open the Reports section to see every assessment you've completed, and tap any one to revisit the full report. New reports appear here as you finish each assessment, so there's nothing extra to unlock.
Right where all your reports now live: Profile → Reports. Every assessment you've completed, including your Essentype, is there — tap any one to read it again.
Competencies
Rather than trying to work on everything at once, your journey centers on a small set of competencies — the specific strengths you most want to grow in right now. In some programs you choose them yourself; in others they're chosen for you, to match where you're headed. Either way, they become the thread that ties your conversations, your practice, and your Action Sparks together, so your effort stays pointed at what matters most to you.
Your competencies are chosen for a period of your program, not forever — but within that period, they stay put. That's deliberate: real growth comes from staying with a small set of strengths long enough for practice to compound, rather than switching whenever the work gets uncomfortable. When your program moves into its next period, you receive a new focus competency.
Journey & Coaching
Open the Journey tab to see your whole program laid out like a schedule — your resources, assessments, sessions, and coaching, in the order they happen. It's the best place to check what's next and keep track of where you are, so nothing sneaks up on you.
Open the Journey tab — your program is laid out as a timeline, and what you've completed is recorded. Your overall progress now shows up as your Coherence Index, a single measure of how your practice is adding up.
When a coaching session is part of your program, it appears on your Journey tab. Open it, pick a time from your coach's available slots, and confirm — that's it. You'll get a calendar invite by email with a Microsoft Teams link, and the session shows up on your Journey timeline so you always know what's booked.
From the session on your Journey tab — both options are right there. Rescheduling moves you to another of your coach's open times, and your calendar invite updates automatically. If you cancel, the session returns to your Journey timeline so you can book again.
Online, over Microsoft Teams. The link is in the calendar invite we email you when you book — add it to your calendar and just tap the link when it's time. The session itself doesn't happen inside the app.
Some programs include coaching in small groups — a shared session with a handful of others from your cohort. On your Journey, open the session and choose the group whose time suits you. You'll get a Teams calendar invite. You can switch to a different group or leave one, up to 24 hours before it starts — after that, the group is set. Groups have limited seats, so if yours is full, pick another time.
Journal
The journal is the quietest corner of the app — a page that's yours alone, for whatever you want to put into words. Some people use it to catch a thought after a conversation; others to notice how things shift over the weeks. There's no right way to keep it, and no one to keep it for — write as much or as little as you like, whenever you like.
Open the Journal and start a new entry whenever something's on your mind — a line or a page, it's up to you. Everything you write stays private to you, and you can come back to read or add to it any time.
Account, Privacy & Settings
Your experience in the app is designed to be your own private space for growth. Your personal content — including your journal entries, your conversations with InSee, and your assessment answers — is confidential and is not shared with your manager, HR, or anyone else at your organization in a way that identifies you.
Both live under your Profile. Open it to update your name, or head to the password option to set a new one — quick changes, whenever you need them.
You'll find both in your Profile. Signing out is right there when you need it. If you ever choose to delete your account, there's a 7-day window before anything is permanent — and if you change your mind, simply logging back in during that time cancels the request, no harm done.
Notifications are managed through your phone's settings: find Invincible You under Settings → Notifications (iOS) or Settings → Apps → Notifications (Android) and switch them on or off there. Turning them off never affects your progress — everything in the app waits for you either way.
Help & Support
If something isn't working, or you have a question the app can't answer on its own, Profile → Help & Support is the place to reach us. Tell us what's going on — trouble signing in, changing a coaching session, or anything about your program — and your program team will get back to you.
InSee is a space to reflect and grow, but it isn't a crisis line or a substitute for professional care. If you're dealing with something heavy — your mental health, your safety, or a situation that feels like too much — please reach out to a qualified professional or a local helpline who can properly support you.
Mostly, yes. The app is built so a dropped connection doesn't cost you your progress — things like your assessment answers are saved on your device as you go, so you can pick up right where you left off once you're back online. Some parts, like chatting with InSee, do need a connection to work, but you'll never lose what you've already put in.
